String Fling Is Back!
4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24
The annual event returns for the first time since Covid. String Fling combines MVHS students and middle-school performers for a night of dinner and music.
Schedule
3:30-3:50 p.m.
MVHS Student Greeting Committee escorts students to Packard Hall.
4 p.m.
High school-middle school combined rehearsal in theater.
6 p.m.
Dinner, served by MVHS parents, provided to all musicians,
6:30 p.m.
8th-grade parent meet with music directors in Spartan Theater
All students meet in Packard Hall for MVHS student-led activities and tuning.
7:15-8 p.m.
Free concert open to orchestra member friends and relatives.
Repertoire: Fantasia 2000 and Merry-Go-Round of Life
