Parent Driving Information

If you want to sign up with the District as a driver, please take the Driver application forms to the District Office. It takes minutes to be approved. Here is you need to bring to the District office:
 

• District Approved Driver Application 
   

• DMV Driver Record Report (costs about $5)

• Copy of driver’s license

• Copy of auto insurance policy showing: Name, policy number, verification of current coverage amounts (minimum requirement is $100,000)
   

FYI:  The application asks how long for approval and most people write in June of the year their youngest child will graduate.
